Our Process
Beginning with Your Idea
If you have a concept in mind for your private label business, our designers will work
with you to bring it to reality. Whether you need a consultation, sampling, or sketching,
solving your problem efficiently is priority #1. Your assigned Design Manager will collect
reference samples (if you have any) and help define project details regarding materials,
fits, financial targets, and more.
Sourcing the Right Materials
The best private label apparel manufacturers know that good-quality materials are the
foundation upon which successful clothing brands are built. Your Design Manager will
reach out to the local vendors to source premium materials and make sure we meet all
of your private labeling price and quality goals.
Making Patterns Is an Art
Your patterns are the blueprint from which your whole private label collection will be
made. Our skilled pattern makers create the fit and features of each style using the
latest software. You also get to keep these patterns so they can be used in the future by
any clothing manufacturer across the globe.
Creating Each Sample by Hand
Our sample makers cut and sew your private label apparel by hand, ensuring precise
attention to detail. Each sample is made to test the functionality and fit of the piece.
Revising Until You’re Satisfied
Once you have the sample, we will schedule a fitting to determine if any alterations are
needed for the next round of samples for your private label garments.
Entering the Pre-Production
After you approve the sample, we’re ready to kick-off the pre-production. Once you
place your order, we’ll start your very first production run of private label apparel.
